Having graduated in independent cinema from the Cairo Jesuit Cinema School in in Egypt in 2006 he entered the film industry as an assistant director before directing his own documentary films. A co-founder of Egypt's first internet television channel, REPORTING … A REVOLUTION (ALTHAWRA…KHABAR), in 2012, is his first feature length documentary.

2006 Abschluss an der Jesuite Cairo Cinema School in Ägypten, wo er Independent Cinema studierte. Arbeitete zunächst als Regie assistent, bevor er eigene Dokumen tar filmprojekte realisierte. War an der Gründung des ersten Internet-TV-Senders in Ägypten beteiligt. ALTHAWRA…KHABAR (2012) ist sein erster langer Dokumentarfilm.
