Born in Le Kef, Tunisia in 1979, Lassad Oueslati has a degree in Audiovisual arts from the Institut Supéreiur des Arts Mutimédia (Charguia II). Assistant director on Tunisian and foreign films, he wrote and directed a short film in 2007, La Citerne. Mémoire d'une femme is his first feature film.
