Issa Serge Coelo, is born in Biltine in Tchad. After studies in History and a master in cinema in Ecole Supérieure de Réalisation Audiovisuelle (ESRA) of Paris, He was working as cameraman before embarking in directing. He is also producer, director, scenarist, script and exporter. His company,'Parenthèse Films', has notably produced "Nous ne sommes plus morts" from François Wouoache, "Bouzié" from Jacques Trabi and "Little John," from Cheick Fantamady Camara; Serge Coelo has ten works (documentaries and fictions) so far. He has been several times member of a jury in many international festivals and treasurer and active member of African Guild and African producers and also member of Académie des arts et techniques du Cinéma Français.
