My name is Aida Bouya and I am from the south of Morocco, specifically from Tan-Tan, I am a graduate of a master's degree in human rights, and now I am studying a master's degree at the Higher Institute of journalism and communication in Casablanca, as well as a social activist, and documentary filmmaker.
I've directed the short documentaries "Transitional Tale", "Leather board", "Blue Jewel", "The End of the Beginning".
And I am preparing these days to produce a long documentary about the life path of a woman from Sahara in southern Morocco.
In 2013 I got the international award for investigative journalism on the subject of "Abandoned Children and Single Mothers" with the International Center for Journalists "ICFJ, in Washington.
