Participation is open to films completed since January 1, 2009. The subject and handling of the films must contribute to the cinematic representation of the Mediterranean and the director must be from one of the states in the Mediterranean Basin, the Black Sea states, Portugal or Armenia.

- DISTRIBUTION Conference: festivals, online films, video on demand: a new distribution network? Discussions will be chaired by a journalist working for the national press and many professionals are to participate. Mediator Philippe Piazzo (UniversCiné). (Tuesday 26 Oct., morning)

- PRODUCTION 1 Conference: the documentary, a changing genre? New writing, new forms of production, new distribution channels, web documentaries. Organised in collaboration with the Languedoc-Roussillon Region and Languedoc-Roussillon Cinéma. (Tuesday 26 Oct., afternoon)

- PRODUCTION 2 Conference: financing feature films and cinema documentaries. Presentation of various funds and aids (morning); individual appointments (afternoon). With CNC (Eurimages and joint productions), Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs (Fonds sud), Languedoc-Roussillon Region (regional aid), Media Desk Marseille (development grants and I2I), Acsé (Fonds Images de la Diversité), an international seller, etc.). - ZOOM ON: copyright, image rights and other rights, organised by Languedoc-Roussillon Cinéma, participation by SACD, Sacem, Scam, etc. (Wednesday 27 Oct., afternoon)
