Tata Bakhta, of Algerian origin, disembarks at Oran to stay with her nephews who are completely integrated in the little provincial town they live in. She wants to be sure her brother has been buried with the proper Muslim rites… A clash of cultures and traditions ensues, played out through a series of misunderstandings depicted with high good humor.
