In Dakar, as everywhere in Africa, the invisible world rubs shoulders with our everyday world.

But in Dakar, a well-kept secret is hidden within the walls of a police station that investigates cases like no other. This secret has a badge: "Commandant Sakho".

Forced to work in a duo with Mangane, a young mad dog who acts before thinking, these two cops, who are at odds with each other, are under the orders of the ambitious Mama Bâ.
