In the spring of 2004, elections were held in Algeria. Ali Banflis and his team tried to mobilize a population that had massively turned away from the ballot boxes exhausted by social chaos. Among the candidates for election, Ali is the challenger of outgoing president Abdelaziz Bouteflika. The director follows him in his election campaign, which is a first in documentary cinema in the Arab world.
