Nairobi Festival of Performance and Media Arts (NFPMA), organised under the umbrella of Dance Forum Nairobi, aims at bridging and linking art forms by bringing diverse upcoming and established artists together in a common space of exchange.

Under the theme "Connections", the festival is set to find, build, and link a diverse audience through interactions and dialogues of different art forms such as dance, music, poetry, installation, video, photography, performance art, and experimentations. Thus, it enables the crossing and exploring of the known and unknown artistic territories, discovering and engaging the physical, social, and cultural boundaries of the diverse Kenyan creatives, as they generate and regenerate their visions and realities in space.

The programme includes four main performance acts and two video montage pieces, and discussions/Q&A sessions with the audience.
