A comedy about a 62 years old man facing death from a terminal illness. Characters from his past invade his loneliness(old sister,ex wife…)leading to gradual and radical changes in his dogmatic vision of life. A human light film dealing with the subjects of love, intimacy and death.

69 Messaha square is the address of an old house where all the action takes place. This house is the only one left in the street as a witness of a beauty that once existed. It is also the place where our protagonist Hussein El-Gallad was born and lived most of his life. He is a 62 years old man, a retired interior designer, a charismatic snobbish person, and is terminally ill. For personal reasons Abdul Hamid, his personal assistant, leaves to his home town for a vacation of three weeks. Enter Nadra, Hussein older sister as a replacement for Abdul Hamid to take care of Hussein. With Nadra's arrival problems arise in Hussein life.
