AIDA, the main character of this story, will come back to Morocco and will change the life of the other characters. Horrible nightmares have been haunting her nights since she heard the news about her deadly disease, about her nearing end. She will escape the gloomy sky of Paris, seeking a glimpse of hope in her native Morocco.
Aida, a Jewish University professor of Moroccan origin who lives in Paris finds out that she's suffering from cancer. She returns to her country of birth seeking to revive old childhood memories and new hope. Her reunion with her childhood playmate, Youssef, who is himself, brooding over his existence and at grip with melancholy, helps them both change the course of their destiny.
